At the end of the first 12 months, if you can prove you have not received an ROI on
our software, we will give you the following 12 months services at no cost. Of course,
some conditions apply to ensure there are clear guidelines:
- Guarantee does not include hardware, but only to software provided by Tracknology
- Guarantee is limited to 12 months of service and only to the number of devices/connections
at contract commencement
- Claimants must have completed an ROI Analysis provided by and validated by Tracknology
- Claim must be made in writing in the last month of the first year of contract and only
applicable to agreements of 2 years or more
- As a claimant, you must prove you did not receive an ROI under the ROI analysis conducted
jointly with Tracknology
- Where you have not used the technology, software, wireless applications or benefits to the
best of their ability and where we determine efforts were not made by you to achieve the
maximum ROI, your claim will not be honored
- External causes impacting the ROI outside of Tracknology's control may invalidate any claim
- At the end of any 12 months of free service provided under this Guarantee, the hosting
service may be terminated and products withdrawn by us
